WI Y2 Week 6

I had a huge gain this week of 3.3kg!  I am really quite loss for words – I know exactly why I gain this weight I just don’t know why I am allowing this down hill spiral to continue…….that is all I have for the moment – I will sleep on it and hopefully wake up with a clearer outlook tomorrow. 


  1. sorry to hear about your gain, maybe it would be a good idea to go back to your preseason tasks and get your head back into that headspace.

  2. Good on you for being honest!! I know from experience what it feels like to lose 27kg's and put 22kg's back on and I would hate for anyone else to feel that way, so I hope you can turn things around and not end up like me.

    You have worked so hard, don't give up!! Write a list of why you started this in the first place and your motivation will be obvious. You can do this, I know you can!! I will be cheering for you along the way.
